This cafe has multiple floors, the B1 floor is particularly good for those who are looking to spend a few hours in a nice and roomy place, of course, with plugs and free Wi-Fi.

On the second floor of Seibu Shibuya, this conveniently located cafe offers healthy and even vegetarian options, and needles to say, free Wi-Fi and electrical outlets. Henna Cafe by HIS (Robotic Server) Shibuya
If you’re looking for something a bit more unique and unusual, you can spice up your regular workday visiting this robot cafe! More interestingly, Henna Cafe is a fairly quiet and usually not so busy tucked away little place. However, note that although they have plugs, Wi-Fi connection is not provided.
Trunk Hotel Lounge Shibuya
Drop in to Trunk Hotel Lounge, halfway between Harajuku and Shibuya. The cafe belongs to the Trunk Hotel, but you don’t have to be a guest in the hotel to enjoy its service. You can work here in a very nice environment, and they even have a terrace! Plugs and free Wi-Fi are a default here too.
