Trello

Trello helps you to start organizing your projects through kanban boards. You simply enter the project name and start writing steps in the workflow pertaining to the project (ie: to do, doing, done). Then you can write a task under each step which is called a “card.” You can write a description of the task, assign it to certain members, write a checklist, etc.. Simply drag and drop where the task is within the project life.

KanbanFlow is similar to Trello, except now you have the addition of a timer if you/your team wants to know how long you spend on each task. Also included in the time is the Pomodoro mode. The timer breaks down your work into 25 minute intervals with short breaks in between. This will allow you to work efficiently throughout the day!

Asana

This project management tool lets you break down projects into sections and sub-lists. The dashboard will let you know how much of the project is done already. With Asana, you have the ability to add, change, and complete tasks with your team informed with its integrated collaboration and organization features.
